Attorney Meredith Fine recently opened a second office to better serve her clients in Ipswich, Essex and Rowley. The ribbon-cutting was hosted by the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce and attended by friends, family and colleagues. The office is located at Market Square in downtown Ipswich and is staffed by law clerk Kelly Blanchard.
